No need to be stressed about your senior portraits. Seriously. All it takes is a little prep work and you will be good to go. Here are 5 very important things we talk about with our seniors before their big day!
1. Make sure you've discussed what you have in mind beforehand with your photographer. A professional will have a vision and a plan for your session long before your day arrives.
2. Prep your outfits the weekend before your shoot. Anything can happen at the last minute (a tear, a button falls off, you can't find your belt, I mean anything!). It's best to lay everything out, try on the COMPLETE outfit (undergarments too, yes, I just said that). Then take pics if you are going to be needing any of it that week. That way, it's easy to look back at the pic to see what is missing from your outfit.
3. Have some ideas ready for your hair & makeup artist. Pinterest is a great place for this. Here is our Style Board in case you need some inspiration :)
4. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Nothing will help your skin look its best & brightest more than water. Drink lots the week before your session! Bonus Tip: This water bottle is great for your session day because it won't mess up your perfect lipstick! Heck yeah!
5. Get good sleep the night before! This will help with the whole morning, puffy eye thing. Promise!
